There is no such thing as inspiration; instead, there are moments of presence that give you the courage to believe. On Tuesday morning, I woke up with this thought.

Amidst the glitz and glamour, I found myself intrigued by the power of words, regardless of their context. So, I decided to embark on an experiment.

“It will take a minuet…but in the meantime stay positive, use what you have and keep creating.” I didn't realise how good the advice was until hours and days later when I kept returning to it. Every time I beat up on myself, or every time I felt overwhelmed or lethargy… I just came back to, stay positive, keep creating.

Fearlessness isn't a hasty masculine charge into battle; it's deeply feminine. It's about feeling fear and transforming it through heart, voice, and sight into compassion, love, and humility. Fearlessness, in its truest form, embodies the feminine essence.

Just Create. Do not ask, do not demand, do not struggle. Just Create.

The current theme in my life centres around patience and perseverance, learning to no longer waste energy on impatient reactions but patiently act WITHIN THE DISCOMFORT and MOVE WITH life. Be patient with yourself as you move through the world. Be patient with others, and allow them to be patient with you. Sometimes, the greatest teachers come in the least expected of places.

Have you noticed how money and water speak the same language? They've got their own little love affair going on with terms like current-sea, cash flow, and liquidity.

“Where are you going to make the best art?” Super simple. This line was framed to me, and I realised it’s the perfect question to run decisions against.

No big spiel. No long writing post. There is enough of the self-transformation stuff out there. Vision. And action, with grace for the unknown in between. That’s all we've got to do.

We've all been there—downplaying our achievements, apologising for our greatness, and, most tragically, giving ourselves away at a discount because we're not entirely convinced of our value. That morning, I woke feeling nervous, thinking about the future performance I said yes to. “You’ve done this before,” I said to my anxious belly…Back and forth, this three-way dialogue between head, heart and gut went on all day until finally, I took to the stage to perform.

I couldn’t see what anger was because of my personal wounds of discrimination and what anger was because of my response to the war. The two are so interlinked in my body that these three weeks have felt like a medical procedure to unbraid my own experiences of racism, outrage and pain from the current destruction on the news.
